A great reason to book your expedition through us here at North Pole is that we provide 100% Financial Protection free of charge. Often, many operators don’t automatically offer this, meaning your money will be at risk if unforeseen events happen. We also add excellent service at no additional cost to you.
Please note financial protection differs from travel insurance, which covers you in case of cancellation or delay.

With PTS, funds from our guests are deposited into a dedicated and independently managed trust account. This account is separate from our operator’s operational funds, ensuring that your money is ring-fenced and solely reserved for refund purposes in the unlikely case of an unforeseen event.
